Welcome to the AOF!

Though we are "Anti-Oppression" and advocate free speech, please respect the diversity you will find here, as we are home to some of society's less desirables. For example, we have Kilus, who is not only Australian, but also a closet homosexual. Also in our ranks, is Andrew aka Goat-Fucker, who is also Australian, and as one of his nicknames suggests, into bestiality (of course his only other option is rape). Other 'respectable' past and present members include Nona (past member- a lawyer), Jet-Head (past- a drug addict), and Otto (aka Aristohirudes - present member and a Canadian). So please, pull up a chair, make yourself comfortable, and of all things, I hope you can take a joke.

To answer some commonly asked questions:

Why is there no official Members list?
Many of our members come and go like the wind, and a members' list tends to become futile after a while as it fills up with inactive users and the webmaster loses track of who is and isn't posting at least once a week. Plus, trying to pin down the activities of our members in such a fashion runs the terrible risk of - gasp! - solidarity within our little Federation, which simply cannot be in the name of the AO in AOF.

If this is the Anti Oppression Federation, why did you delete my post?
Despite our rather loose standards, there are a few things that cannot be tolerated even at the AOF. Here is a list of what, with a few exceptions, you cannot post on our board.

Why is there no FAQ page?
Most people don't really bother to click on FAQ's and simply e-mail the webmaster whenever they're confused about something even though the answer was a click and a few seconds of download time away. Thus I have decided to post the questions here to save the reader a few clicks.

Plus I needed something else to put here to make the front page bigger and thus more impressive-looking. =)
